TCTA Training

GOAL: Provides an overview of video communication and includes such topics as AV/Space Configuration, Networks (ISDN and IP), Protocols, Core Technologies (MCU, Gateway, etc.) and Video Streaming. Hands-on emphasis is on the TANDBERG 3000 MXP, utilizing both ISDN BRI and TCP/IP flat network configuration.

Audience: TANDBERG Partners, technicians, sales engineers, sales reps, design consultants, network manager and administrators who manage video communication systems and support end-users.

TCAP Training

TCAP is a three day entry-level hands-on technical course intended to help technicians and System Engineers fully understand the features and overall operation of TANDBERG's videoconferencing endpoints and infrastructure products, including 6000 MXP, TANDBERG MPS, TANDBERG Codian and TANDBERG Management Suite. Participants will learn to install, configure and maintain TANDBERG equipment, along with acquiring basic troubleshooting skills.

Content: TANDBERG 6000 MXP, MPS, Codian and Management Suite (TMS)

Audience: TANDBERG Partners, Technicians and System Engineers

Prerequisites: Online self paced course followed by proficiency exam in basic knowledge of TANDBERG portfolio, data networking, industry terminology, H323, H320 and SIP
